Industrial tracking
RFID tracking for tools, fixtures and equipment
Capture tool issue, return and movement without a paper log. RFID tags, employee identification, control points and 1C integration are combined into one operating process.
Movement control
Every tool is linked to an operation and a responsible person
The system links the tool tag to an employee, location and operation time. Issue and return are captured at a control point or with a handheld reader.
Management sees what remains in the toolroom, what has been issued, what is overdue and which positions require calibration, maintenance or inventory.
Who it is for
For organizations with distributed tooling
The solution fits operations where tools are issued regularly, move between work areas and must return by a defined time.
- Mining and oil and gas operations.
- Manufacturing shops, maintenance teams and service centers.
- Construction and installation organizations.
- Energy companies, transport depots and technical services.
- Organizations with calibrated instruments and high-value fixtures.
Scope of work
How an RFID toolroom works
Start with one toolroom and a limited group of positions, then scale the proven process.
Process audit
Document issue, return, employee roles, statuses, directories and control points.
Tag test
Select tags for metal, plastic, tool shape and operating conditions.
Pilot zone
Tag a selected group and launch one toolroom or work area.
Software and integration
Configure cards, events, reports and exchange with 1C or another system.
Procedure and launch
Train employees, document operation rules and define the rollout plan.
Scenarios
Operating scenarios
The feature set follows the company procedure and the criticality of the tool.
Components

FAQ
Tool tracking questions
Do RFID tags work on metal tools?
Yes. Special on-metal tags are used. The construction and attachment point are selected after a test on representative tools.
How is the employee identified?
By an access card, badge, barcode or corporate-system data. The method follows the existing procedure and access-control system.
Can calibration and repair be tracked?
Yes. Tool cards store statuses and dates, and a rule can block issue of a restricted position.
Is a portal required?
No. Some tasks need only a handheld reader or a desktop issue point. The operation flow determines the configuration.

Describe one toolroom
Specify the number and types of tools, the current log and the accounting system. We will propose the pilot scope and the data required for an estimate.
