Privacy Policy

Effective from August 7, 2026.

1. General

This policy defines how personal data of bizdata.kz visitors is processed and is issued in accordance with Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.

2. Data we collect

Only the data the visitor provides via site forms is collected: name, phone number, e-mail address, company name and the request text.

3. Purposes of processing

• responding to the visitor’s request and contacting them via the provided details;
• preparing a commercial proposal and consulting on UHF RFID solutions and hardware;
• fulfilling arrangements made at the visitor’s request.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, expressed by submitting the completed form, and on legal requirements in cases directly provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Data transfer

Personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties except as provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Technical processing of forms is performed by the Tilda Publishing platform.

6. Storage and protection

Data is stored until the purposes of processing are achieved or consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. Only the operator’s authorised personnel have access to the data.

7. Data subject rights

The subject may request information about the processing of their data, demand its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to info@bizdata.kz.
